Ahou Yasmine is a performer, producer, and writer based in Los Angeles. Ahou recently performed in concert with Areté Vocal Ensemble in five vignettes set to text by Ellis Island immigrants. She has also co-produced a Persian-language short titled Raz, with screenings at the MoMA, The Metrograph, Cinequest, and HollyShorts (2025).
As a soloist and ensemble singer with mixed-genre vocal arts group Areté Vocal Ensemble in Los Angeles, she has also sung a solo concert performance of Omar Sharif from the Broadway musical The Band's Visit by David Yazbek.

As book-writer and lyricist, Ahou has worked on the short, original musical Seeing the Light, which performed at The Broadwater in Hollywood; a satirical tale about the trials of a female astronomer in the late 19th century and a natural disaster controversially predicted to occur in the Syrian Ottoman.​
Ahou is currently working on the book, lyrics, and music of a full-length musical in development. She is a member of Actor's Equity, Maestra, and Dramatists Guild.
